  • Developed and implemented corporate governance infrastructure including Board and Committee meeting agendas,                    processes, charters and creation of Disclosure Committee.
  • Established revenue recognition process across organization, including sales team training to address prior deficiencies in          accounting for complex software multi-element transactions.
  • Managed implementation of new revenue recognition guidance for BESP with external auditors to timely meet SEC filing              requirements.
  • Developed improved SOX controls and compliance for division and supported successful filing of company’s S-1 with SEC
  • Designed and implemented internal controls to improve corporate governance, ensure timely SEC reporting, and address            material weaknesses with prior financial organization.
  • Developed and improved corporate revenue recognition policy and processes ensuring accurate recognition of revenue and        elimination of audit adjustments.

Finance and Operations

  • Developed annual planning and quarterly forecasting process to support 5-year outlook with corporate and department                objectives.
  • Planned and managed multi-site computer system installation and accounting software conversion.
  • Implemented processes and controls that reduced monthly close cycle from 20 days to 8 days and reduced quarterly auditor        reviews from 10 days to 3 days.
  • Successfully completed integration of $900 million enterprise solutions business acquisition.
  • Improved cost and efficiency of G&A department within first year resulting in $1 million annual increase to net income.
  • Launched new consulting services business unit in Canada.
  • Developed cash forecasting tools and strategies enabling company to achieve 1st positive cash-flow quarter in its history.
  • Managed reduction of monthly close process from 20 days to 6 days.
  • Implemented global budgeting and forecasting process and facilitated monthly variance analysis review between CEO and          operational department heads.
  • Drove company-wide adoption of gross margin improvement program resulting in five consecutive quarters of improvement          with 7% year-over-year increase ($100 million contribution to EBITDA).
  • Improved credit and collection procedures and reduced DSO by 20 days.
  • Created business plans with division heads and implemented financial and operational strategies.
  • Developed and implemented accounting procedures and schedules resulting in reduction of time required to complete monthly    closing of records from 6 weeks to 10 days.

  • Successfully negotiated term loan and line of credit facility with increased capacity and improved terms.
  • Identified 50+ target VC’s and managed financing process (cap table clean-up and deal structure).
  • Successfully closed $10 million debt and equity financing rounds to support company’s growth.
  • Successfully completed $30 million debt and equity financing rounds to support company’s operational and capital                        requirements.
  • Achieved PIPE conversion and reverse stock split to successfully satisfy all Nasdaq listing requirements and listed company        on Nasdaq Capital Market.
  • Closed $12 million Series A financing with three venture capital firms; $5 million line of credit with equipment lender and              managed $35 million private placement.

Investor Relations

  • Managed comprehensive IR program resulting in increased institutional ownership and initial analyst coverage.
  • Created investor relations program and coach/mentor CEO for investor presentation and meetings.

Pricing and Sales Process

  • Developed pricing model for newly launched big data analytics and managed services offering.
  • Partnered with Sales VP to develop and launch sales process with improved pricing strategy and management of sales cycle      with Salesforce.com to improve close percentage and forecasting accuracy.
  • Developed sales & marketing plan and implemented planning process providing greater definition of financial and operational      targets.


  • Led M&A diligence team including identification and review of four acquisition targets.
  • Led independent accounting team in conducting 5-year review to facilitate sale of $100 million division.
